BAYAN GLASSCAPTION - Mac
Live translated captions, English <-> Arabic, over any presentation.

FIRST TIME (once per Mac, needs internet)
  1. Open the "Bayan GlassCaption" folder from the unzipped download and
     double-click "Start Captions.command".
  2. macOS will block it ("could not verify..."). Click DONE - not
"Move to Bin". (This early build is not yet signed with Apple.)
  3. Open System Settings -> Privacy & Security, scroll down to the
message about "Start Captions.command", click OPEN ANYWAY, confirm.
You only ever do this once.
  4. Setup installs its components, then downloads the speech models -
a few minutes on good wifi, one time only. If macOS offers to
install "command line developer tools", click Install (that is
Apple's official Python), then run step 1 again after it finishes.
  5. When macOS asks about the Microphone, click Allow.

EVERY DAY AFTER THAT
Double-click "Start Captions.command" (or make an alias). Press Start
and speak - captions float over any fullscreen presentation.

GOOD TO KNOW
  - Run it on the Mac that drives the projector, and make sure its
    microphone can hear the presenters.
  - Use "Show test caption" to check position before you go live.
  - To uninstall: just delete this folder.

OPTIONAL: better translation reliability
settings.json has a slot for an Azure Translator key. Without it the
app still works (free translation service). Ask David if you need one.
